The studio that just works.
All bookings one day or longer are full lockout, no time limits. The studio is yours from the beginning of your session until the end of the final day.
A one time access/lockup fee of $30 will be added to each session for someone to travel to the studio and grant access on your first day and lock up and collect keys on your final day. We are working to automate this process in the near future. Fee waived if you hire an assistant.
There is ample private, secure parking available for the entirety of your booking—load ins are quick and convenient (no stairs).
There is a small kitchenette that includes complimentary bottled water, coffee/espresso, tea, and soft drinks.
We will have someone on call at all times (within reason) should you have any questions or needs—otherwise you will be undisturbed.

By booking an average of only one day per month, the Pro membership pays for itself and the savings only go up from there. Membership also includes priority support and additional valuable perks. Your exclusive Pro rates will never increase as long as your membership is active.

In most cases, for brand new clients, we require hiring an assistant for one 4-hour block (for the entire session, not per day). Our assistants work quickly to save you significant time and energy. Their support ensures you get up and running smoothly and that the studio is reset properly for the next client.
Our assistants understand that your clients are yours, and while they can of course make creative suggestions if you ask, their primary job is to remove technical burdens from your plate so your session runs seamlessly.
Many pros find this to be a valuable addition to all of their sessions, but once you get the hang of things, it is optional.
We will determine if this is necessary on a case by case basis.

Make multiple backups of your projects! 2 copies minimum, 3 is ideal. It is highly recommended to bring a portable drive and bring your daily backups home each night.
We are not responsible for maintaining copies of any of your files during or after your sessions.
We have a small selection of new, high speed, brand name drives available for purchase for your convenience.

We require a 30% deposit for all sessions to lock in dates. For hourly sessions, payment in full is required up front.
The remainder of your balance is due at the beginning of your session. If this isn’t what you’re used to and it’s your first time working here, we are open to discussing alternatives for your first session in order to establish trust.
Deposits are non-refundable, with some rare exceptions—such as family tragedy or extreme injury, not an artist getting called into work or going out of town. We are reasonable people but also expect that if you book a session and reserve dates, you will show up.

We accept most forms of payment including all major credit cards, check, cash, Apple Pay, and even a variety of increasingly popular Buy Now, Pay Later options.
